Plugged the USB with the patched installed (11.1), reboot the system holding option key - it booted into blank screen and the screen turned off after a few seconds. The computer did not shut down. I waited a few seconds, reboot the computer, and same thing happened. Unplugged the USB, turn the system off and on, and it continues to boot into blank screen and shuts off after a few seconds.

Create another macOS installer (Catalina) and reinstall.

Make at first an SMC reset and three PRAM resets in a row. Try to install Catalina (which is supported) and if you cannot do this, than we can start thinking or talking about a brick.

What is the correct way to do SMC and PRAM reset on late 2012 mac mini, and what goes first, SMC or PRAM?

I am able to start the system and boot into MacOS, but every time I reboot i have to do command+option+p+r
