Updated my macbook pro mid 2012 non retina to Big Sur using the micro patcher. Everything turn out allright but one exception. I can't turn off my FileVault now, thus i can't update the big sur to a latest version. Help, i'm stuck. (macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 on macbook pro 13" mid 2012.)

This is a known issue that requires you to do a fresh install of macOS. You'll have to backup your data, erase your Mac, install macOS Big Sur and restore from the backup.
