Hello there,

I am using BigSur on an iMac11,1 (Late 2009) since January this year: and IT IS WORKING :) Thank you very much for all the time you´ve spend to make this patcher work!

Now I would like to buy a BT- and WiFi-USB-Dongle to make "continuity","handoff" and "airdrop" work. Could you eventually tell me which USB-dongle could work with you patcher? What chipset should be uses on such a device?

Greetings!

Kay

Hi, which CPU does your iMac11,1 have? I have a Mac11,1 27" with Quad-Core Intel Core i5 and I did not yet try the micropatcher for BigSur so far because of the information "Currently not supported by this patcher".

I am still on Catalina with a upgraded WiFi card (Broadcom BCM94360CD) and a USB Bluetooth dongle (Asus USB-BT400 Nano). But it never worked activating "unlock with Apple Watch". So maybe someone has better recommendations. "Continuity","handoff" and "airdrop" should work. But I do not use this very often. I was much more interested in the unlock feature for the Apple Watch.

Best Daniel
