Fix Issue #13 - Markdown 2.5 compatibiltiy problems #14

This should fix #13 . Apologies for any accidental inclusion of tabs, I seem to be good at that..

Not tested with Python 3.

Thank you so much for the fix. I will test it on Python 3, and if all good, merge it into the official Pelican plugin repo
