Changes for QuakeML transition of seishub.plugins.seismology #8

We need to wrap the xpath lookup in order to be able to use a mix of different namespaces in seishub.plugins.seismology when parsing QuakeML files. Transition to QuakeML can not be done unless this is merged (see barsch/seishub.plugins.seismology#3).
