Make life rewards configurable per chat #2

Currently, the life rewards are hardcoded with no way to configure them. This makes the life rewards in some chats that give the default/few points for dank times absurdly lucrative.

Possible solution: if instead of being hardcoded, all values used in the life plugin were instead based on a single configurable plugin-setting value, this problem would be solved with a single setting.

This was already implemented a while ago.
