Display broken words, with broken lines flashing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I connect my ST7920 12864 LCD, with Arduino Uno, 
U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64 u8g(3, 9, 8, U8G_PIN_NONE);

I have run all the example come with the library, it can compile without 
problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Same as the Example, for example, Hello world. I attached the photos here. The 
"scratch" is "moving" 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Arduino 1.0.1, u8glib version 1.07 or 1.04 with nearly the same result.

Please provide any additional information below.
My 12864 ST7920 built in Simplify Chinese font. I can use LCD12864RSPI to make 
it display graphic or Chinese fonts.

What is the speed of the controller? What kind of board are you using?
It could be a timing issue...

maybe you can send me your e-mail adr (see src for my e-mail) and i can reply 
with a prerelease of 1.08 which has the timing fixed for this controller.

I have contacted the seller but they cannot provide the "timing" information to 
me, but they have send me a simplify chinese doc, and some sample code which 
commented in simplify chinese too.

Let me know if you want to have a look into, I can help to translate some of 
them into english for you.
