Define "easier tasks" for puppet 4 support #203

I am willing to help on the [Puppet 4] support issue.

It would help if you could add some easier issues that I could tackle using a label such as "well-defined-task" or something. This would allow me to increase my understanding of the code and hopefully be able to work on more difficult issues later on.
