Add comment blocks #29

  1. Provide a single line comment block

  2. I think a C-Shape version would be nice as well

We might need a new category for this and other blocks? "Miscellaneous" ? "Others"?

Single line comment will be available in version 1.1.0. Multiline comment is rather complex. If that is ever needed in the future, we could this block as a start point.
