Update ja.js to fit en.js #33

Hi Takeshi (@utaani),

Thanks again! Is it ok for you if I wait merging this one? I'm currently developing some extra nodes (for date/time/timer), whose labels will for sure change in the next weeks. As soon as version 1.1.0 is ready to ship, I will send you a request for a translation. Otherwise you might have to do a lot of work for nothing ...

Hi Takeshi (@utaani), I got a green light from Simon to make version 1.0.0 ready. So would be nice if you could find some time to translate... Some blocks have been added meanwhile, and some texts have been changed ... The latter one is important because the number of placeholders (%1 %2 ...) should be correct, otherwise Blockly will do nothing anymore ... Thanks !!! Bart
