Translations for version 2.0.0 #86

Hi @iohometkn, @tilleul, @utaani,

We finally managed to get the 2.0.0 release ready. I only need to add 1 feature about buffers for @cymplecy, and then our beta release should be ready to go.

It would be very kind if you guys could update your translations. A series of sentences have been added to the en.js file, and a few sentences have been changed. In the latter one it is important that each %... placeholder is also available your translated text, otherwise the blockly rendering will fail.

Thanks a lot for supporting this project, by keeping the translations up to date! Bart

P.S. I will update the Dutch translations ...

P.S. You can create a pull-request (for the master branch), or just paste your translation file contents below in this issue if you want...

The dutch translations are also finished.

@tilleul, @iohometkn, When you have a look at the changes from @utaani, then you have a nice overview of which sentences needs to be added or updated. That is an easy way to get started... Thanks!!

@bartbutenaers , I check Japanese translate with 2.0.0beta1, two typo found. Please marge #91 for 2.0.0 release. Thanks.

@tilleul, @iohometkn: we are implementing the last changes for version 2.0.0-beta.2. Would be nice if we could also have the translations up-to-date, so users can test them. Thanks!

We would like to publish version 2.0.0 on NPM, but we need to have the French and Russian translation in advance... Since I got no response from you, I have posted a question for translation on Discourse (see here).
