How can I remove Lang: English (US) #101

I see in the extinction previews that it does not show up however when i download it shows this blue bar with "Lang: English (US)" just looking for a smaller cleaner look! Appropriate this extension by the way its great!

also maybe an unrelated bug i use this one website for work and for some reason when i use the suggestions on just this specific site it adds that weird A.. any reason why?

How can I remove Lang: English ?

You cannot remove the language information. It was added when the extension gained multiple language support to clarify the selected or auto-detected language (if the language detection feature is used). Potentially, you could hide it with custom CSS. I will treat this as a feature request, but I cannot give you a timeline for implementation.
