Describe the problem that this feature would improve

New profiles and changes to profiles aren't tracked like other activities are through the feed.

Describe a solution you'd like

Add new feed items to show when item was added and when it was changed.

Examples of similar features

Offer, bundle, giveaway, user feeds.
