When capsule image is missing, manually set image #161

What problem does this feature address?

When there is no capsule image for Steam apps or subs, either a default image appears default Steam or the capsule from one of the included games is shown. Using the capsule from one of the included games can be confusing, and there may be a better capsule available.

For example, on the bundle chart, Amnesia Fortnight 2014 uses the Dear Leader capsule steam/apps/285250 instead of the more useful official capsule steam/subs/194907

Describe a solution

A new attribute that would store URL or app/subID of a different image

Similar to overriding Steam app and store titles

Should this have a locked checkbox, or at least a way to unset and try to grab a default from the store? (reset)

This should probably verify it is being fed an image of valid dimensions. (What if Valve changes those?)
