Option to show actual dates #171

What problem does this feature address?

I'm forced repeat [sic, fix the template] the same tedious actions of mouse-overing the alt text for every date ever, to get an actual YYYY-MM-DD date and not "3 weeks ago", which is completely useless information about 50% of the time.

Describe a solution

Radio box in the user Layout or Region Preferences.

Examples of similar features

Other radio boxes / stuff over there.

Not sure where that's from, but my preference would be relative dates and then show exact dates on mouse-hover (as a tooltip), like GitHub does.

The change affects luckz only. It's the hard coded preference hack.
