Giveaway packages needs to have individual games marked as given away on game pages #193

What problem does this feature address?

When a Steam package is being given away (examples: https://barter.vg/i/78483/, https://barter.vg/i/75457/), the contents of those packages needs a $0 as well.

Describe a solution

Put a $0 on included games and DLC's.
