Completing a trade including wishlist custom items should warn the item-receiving user that those aren't auto-removed from the collection; perhaps offer one-click solution #229

What problem does this feature address?

I often notice that some new users don't have the patience to Steam-wishlist an item and wait for it to sync to Barter, hence they custom-add to wishlist – or perhaps they seek to make use of wishlist tagging. They aren't aware that manually adding something to the wishlist collection means they will also have to terminate the stay of that item on their wishlist by hand.

Describe a solution

When completing an offer in which you get an item that is on your wishlist (custom), the site could alert you about this fact similarly to how you are reminded to leave +rep post-trade. There could be a checkbox or profile-toggle feature to auto-remove all wishlist custom item you received in the trade.

I suppose wishlist (extra) could also use such a warning, i.e. "if you are not looking for yet more copies of this item, make sure to remove <item1, item2> from your wishlist, or CLICK HERE to have them automatically removed".

Examples of similar features

Checkbox to update collections. This'd basically be a dangerous sub-type of that checkbox, since wishlist (custom) is also often used for profitable unlimited-quantity-desired trades. It's doubtful we can make resellers make use of wishlist quantities that would automatically be decremented with the update collections checkbox ticked.

I swear I tried to get the title into a more concise state. I know how it looks.
