Steam-tracker related tags aren't removed after S-T updates #233

Describe the bug

Tags like purchase disabled are added based on Steam-tracker API feed. However, they are not removed when Steam-tracker removes or changes the tracker status.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://barter.vg/i/352/
  2. Notice the purchase disabled tag, but lack of Steam-tracker notice
  3. Go to the Steam page to see that it is purchasable

Expected behavior

Purchase disabled should appear when Steam-tracker reports that, but the tag should be removed when it is not longer applicable.

Linux, macOS, decommissioned, banned, delisted, purchase disabled, achievement tags will be removed if the underlying data changes. Previously, the tags would be added, but never rechecked.
