Games can be tagged as delisted and banned #264

Describe the bug

Escape From House https://barter.vg/i/126184/ was delisted July 2020, and was then banned August 2020. The Steam-tracker label was set correctly, but it had both the delisted and banned tags. This affects filtering and browsing.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://barter.vg/i/126184/#tags
  2. See both delisted and banned tags (delisted tag fixed now)
  3. Games should not be tagged with these two tags simultaneously

Expected behavior

When the game was banned and updated on Steam-tracker, the delisted tag should have been removed when the banned tag was added.

wrong issue

I went to https://barter.vg/browse/ and filtered by banned + delisted (0) banned + purchase disabled (0) delisted + purchase disabled (2)

Both of those games have the Purchase disabled status on Steam-tracker only. Therefore, it appears that the Steam-tracker process is working correctly. I manually removed the delisted tags.
