Provisional profiles never update #290

Describe the bug

A user wondered how long it would take for the wishlist of a provisional profile to update. The profile was empty. I checked when it had been created: June 2022. The Steam profile was public, but at the time of creation, the update either failed or the profile was private. There are no attempts to update the profile after creation, and no user option to request an update.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://barter.vg/steam/[steamID] of a Steam user with a private profile
  2. Have the user switch to public, so that the user's wishlist is visible
  3. Unfortunately, https://barter.vg/steam/[steamID] will never update and it will remain empty

Expected behavior

The profile should update at some point or there should be a button for visitors to request an update

There are 37171 provisional profiles. This is more than the number of registered users, which is at 34636.
