Merge the old Bethesda platform or deprecate it?
Evaluate any possible complications regarding users who have Bethesda items in library collections but do not have the corresponding Steam or Steam Package items, i.e. users who might did not perform Bethesda migration flow (or performed but did not sync Steam library on Barter). How would they get notified? Would that be a blocker on an issue about a global on-site notification system? Say a bell icon next to top corner pic with a menu dropdown listing events happening to items in user collections. If there should not be complications, items can probably be merged. What happens to item's trade history and offers when you merge? Check Bethesda items that were part of any trades, completed and not. Users who have current Bethesda items in tradables or wishlist, have and want the respective Steam and Steam Package items by now. Those can likely get moved over with an item correction tag like we do when doing bundle corrections, but need input from users who may confirm that the item's Bethesda keys work on Steam as it is a per-app flag (also this). Do apps even require these flags in order to have their third-party keys redeemable? app/12210 has only the second flag, and it's known that Steam eats its GFWL keys.
Possible complication: How given away Bethesda items should be handled since they are now migrated over with grant subs to Steam? Do we retroactively add giveaway entries to granted Steam items?

Care should be taken in cases like DOOM 3: Bethesda.net Edition granted to owners of Doom 3 on Bethesda.net on migration and/or redemption of Bethesda keys on Steam.
