Don't display missing images that result in 404 errors #302

Describe the bug

Collection page have the option to display Steam capsule images for each game. Some games do not have these images are return 404 errors. This may cause the browser (perhaps Chrome specific) to slow and become unresponsive.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. With Chrome browser, view a large library collection with images on
  2. Scroll down the page
  3. The browser will slow and scroll be come haltingly, if at all

Expected behavior

Missing images shouldn't crash a modern browser, but the site should reduce the number of 404 errors.

Yet, still should reduce 404s.
