Some typos is various files.

A question about style guide: I also noted the curious fact that in the first 88 instalments, unicode (curly) apostrophes were consistently used instead of ASCII (straight) single quote in body (not code) text (i.e. typesetter’s apostrophe vs the plain typewriter's apostrophe , whereas starting from PBS89, they are never used and only the ASCII apostrophe is used. In the TTT *.adoc files, unicode apostrophe is never used.

Is there any preference on what apostrophe to use? Not sure if it affects any future conversion of these to adoc or epub or pdf format.
