Page titles are inconsistent #38

I just noticed that some pages show the title name but some don't. You can see I have PBS15 open but that tab title says "Join the Community", while the other three, 155 through 157 all show their titles.

I don't know how many pages have this incorrect title and I can't think how it happened either.

Apparently the tab title is taken from the first h1 element in the file. Every markdown file that does not starts with a single '#' will produce this phenomenon.

Ah - so Bart (and I as proofreader) just need to make sure it's a heading level 1 tag. I haven't pulled your changes and I can see that PBS 159 had two ##s instead of one.
