Trying formats for Kindle to replace mobi #88

Mailing a PDF to Kindle works but the text is very small and not adjustable. Kindle will not accept an ePub version via email.

Mailing the current HTML version does work with the following issues:

TOC sits on top of the current page covering half of the screen - might be ok but weird. TOC does work though
Very very slow performance. ~5 seconds to open TOC, up to 3 seconds to turn some pages (but others are faster)
No HTML 5 player support in Kindle so an error shows
Very oddly the QR code does NOT show
MP3 download link shows which Kindle "experimental browser" attempts to download but mp3 download is not supported.

We gave up and instead I put instructions on how to download PDF and convert to Mobi using Zamzar.com, and then emailing to Kindle per Amazon's instructions.
