Create user documentation #74

Create documentation that explains details of the webapplication to regular users. This should complement the developer documentation.

I'm working on writing it up, but I haven't yet decided how to to make it available to the webapp user.

Have you looked at MkDocs? The sites I've seen that use it look great, and it's a static site generator. Not sure how the two get connected.

I know you're doing 98% of the work here - it seems that documentation would be something I could do? I'm pretty good at it!

When the work to move the userguide repo is done and the site is up an running, this issue can be closed. Also check #95 to add a link to the userguide in the menu
