Old version isn't accessible while the rewrite happens

I understand that there are reasons to replace the old Perl module with something more maintainable. However, the old version of the website still currently worked. Not having it accessible means that the service is not usable until the JS rewrite is complete.

Please remove the blocking page from the current website, to allow the old version to be used until the rewrite is complete.

I second this request. The main issue I have is not being able to use the "Load config" which saves loads of time (and avoids human error).

If this is possible, please do it.

The problem with the old site was the backend server. It was obsolete, and had to be powered down. There is no blocker page stopping a working service being accessible, there is a helper page allowing something rather than nothing.

@s73v3r and @del-leehopper could you please check #14 and add (some of) your configs there so I can use them to check if the loading/saving will go well.
