Essence Berry Seeds tooltip is inaccurate #36

Describe the bug Essence Berry seeds tooltip states that they require light level 10 or below to fully mature, but they can fully mature at any light level. image

Other mods GT:NH 2.0.9

To Reproduce Grow essence berry seeds at light 11+

Expected behavior Plants do not grow, OR tooltip does not state that they require 10 or less light.
