Main runner methods should be able to create output directories #9

If these are not available in the main confid.db_root directory.

I think https://github.com/bartongroup/FM_ProIntVar-Core/commit/6edd0887fecd0facba71d9dd8285eaf762c28157 solves the problem, at least for the db directories pre-defined in the config file. Maybe I need something similar for the executables?
