Unable to recreate the error using part of user's annotation and stepping through the code.
Also unable to re-create the error using a different annotation in a full run of RATs.
HELP NEEDED: If anyone encounters this issue please get back to me. Until then I am considering it some type of user error.
A normal run of mine did just now report 0 genes in the annotation (blatantly wrong value). Therefore I now have data and parameters with which to determine where the error occurs.
The number of genes present in the annotation was reported as 0. Discovered as a side-point while discussing issue #37 .
