• [ ] Revise vignettes : Minimise/remove non executable chunks
• [ ] Revise vignettes : add Introduction section.

Notes to self:

• GenomicFeatures instead of rtracklayer to import GTF/GFF and convert to tx2gene index.
• tximport for tx abundance import and gene-level summarisation.
