The output vignette with its plot images is large and causes a note in R CMD check. It also fools Github into thinking RATs is an HTML project!

Trimmed the text and some graphics. R CHECK no longer issues a note for doc size.

Added doc/* to .gitattributes as a docs directory, to stop GitHub showing RATs as an HTML project. This does not seem to have taken effect yet.
