Slivka REST api Swagger doc should use the current API's URL #101

https://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/slivka/api provides well formed swagger docs, but endpoints cannot be run because the dropdown shows

One is invalid, and the other is not outside the UoD/CLS subnet.
