Most admins will want to hook pybioas servers up to the standard service management frameworks. It would be good to have an example script that can be installed to start/stop/show status of a particular pybioas server instance.
Initial priority is systemd so we can deploy on RHEL, but we'll also test on CENTOS, so will need sysv (https://fedoramagazine.org/systemd-converting-sysvinit-scripts/).
