Amendment under Windows Version: We have only observed this under 7, but it is
possible that this behaviour also exists on later versions.

[9:23:01 AM] Michael - Germany: mention that trying to remove it manually from
driver store will throw an error
[9:23:11 AM] Michael - Germany: using the correct parameters

DDU 12.9.x is using above Admin. The process run as system.
if you can, posting the .log generated by DDU will help.

Will find a new user with OEM Windows 7 and try the new version of DDU (just
noticed that it has been released and the user reports were made prior to this
new version - OEM driver might be privilege locked):
---------------------------------------
Display Driver Uninstaller 12.9.0 (06-01-2014)
Changelog:
-DDU now run as a System process to avoid permission issues and also avoid
having to change itself permission on the system.
---------------------------------------
Will update this report if I notice the OEM Driver popping up on other peoples
systems.
Thank you!

I'll let this open for a week, if no answer, I'll consider this solved.
