DDU does not start on my system #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
does not start at all

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
well, it should do something;)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DDU 13.5.5.0 on Athlon XP 3000+ / Win7 SP1 x32 run in SecMode as Admin

I cannot reproduce on a fresh win 7 sp1 x32 installation. Something must be 
preventing "paexec" to work on your system.
