It is possible this will be solved with PR #397. While I did that with Windows in mind, it is likely that MacOS is also using the 2 letter code for Norwegian.
It is still unsolved for MacOS. At least with my setup with Spellright v3.0.64, VS Code 1.68 and MacOS 12.4

When selecting language I don't get Norwegian in the list.
I have setup my System language to contain both English and Norwegian.
