Add Spanish translation for messages

Description

A folder was added in Validot \ src \ Validot \ Translations with the name "Spanish".
Added two files "SpanishTranslation.cs" and "SpanishTranslationsExtensions.cs" in the new folder "Spanish".
The files "SpanishTranslation.cs" and "SpanishTranslationsExtensions.cs" were modified with their respective adaptations to the Spanish language.
