Description

Created new folder Russian in src\Validot\Translations.
Added two files RussianTranslation.cs and RussianTranslationsExtensions.cs in the new folder Russian.

Tests

Added new test subclass in TranslationTests.cs for Russian translation testing.
Fixed a typo in the Spanish test class.
