Auto frame resize for shorter months #17

Problem

When generating chart for shorter months, i.e. February, April, June, September and November, chart does not attempt to size its frame to fit exact number of days.

Steps to reproduce

Generate chart for any of the months given above.

Expected

[ ] Chart regulates its height.
