Since, Feb 2020, we have given Business to JSMU of around 4.5 million as a value-adding partner. Therefore, to resolve the present issue of the outstanding payment of 6.3 million; we would like to request you to reschedule the payment in the form of arrears. Owing to the bulky amount of 6.3 million, it is difficult for us to pay the complete amount in one payment. Furthermore, we have been facing financial issues related to payments, since, COVID-19. Which has rendered us unable to pay the said amount in one go. However, the amount could be paid in the manner that we first pay rupees 10 lacs in August, also paying cross cheque as advance payment of 2 lacs for every successive month after August and we would do our best to pay you another 10 lacs in March.
