How are the 74HC595 wired? #1

This is needed to be able to drive the screen, we need to know both how the '595 is wired to the MCU and how it is wired to the 7-segment 4-digit display.

So far I found the SHCP and STCP pins but not where the DS and OE pins come from.

With the schematics done by flex we now know the full connectivity.
