Document (un)supported block devices [sd card] #65

While it's not a shortcoming but the program seems obviously reject testing SD cards as the device inquiry fails. If that's intentional it should be documented ("it's not enough that it's a block device but have provide/support certain APIs") - if it's not then fixed. Thanks!
