Perform a WAVE test of the website

Used https://wave.webaim.org/ to test the websites.

There was an alert for redunant links, like a link for home when the page is already showing home. Dedided to keep it like that since it's not an huge error.

The errors that showed up was multiple labels in the header, i was not quite sure what to remove or alter. So i decided to keep it as is.
