[Feature Request] - very simple webmail client interface in case of mail server outage #10

Here is the explanation of this feature request by an example: Let's say the back end mail server is down and baruwa is acting as the email filter mx/smarthost, the idea is to add to baruwa a very simple mail client to the current interface for the user to read the mails that are held in the quarantine (during the downtime of the main mail server of its own domain), and also to be able to send out emails from baruwa during the outage. Obviously the mails being send from the baruwa interface/GUI would have to be tagged with a different colour when looking at outbound quarantine for historical note purpose as they wouldn't be sync'ed with the mail server after its recovery from the failure (unless an app will be developped for that). This can already be implemented using an external webmail client, there is no point to implement this within Baruwa.
