[Enhancement] Support client-side DANE (TLSA record) #103

We have customers in dutch government who require the usage of DANE for their e-mail domains. Ofcourse we can publish a DANE record, but baruwa does not seem to support checking TLSA records when making outbound connections. Can this be added?
