Adding an IP address in the "from address" and picking the "domain name" from drop down list (if many) leaving the "user account" empty (to apply to all adresses in the domain), will add the list but it won't make any effect on the rules so it's useless.
Also when a second domain admin of the same domains/organisation connect, he does not see the list created by the first domain admin making him not aware of what rules have been added by the first admin.
An example of how to aprove/ban senders by IP including all recipients in a domain would be recommended to baruwa users as this is still confusing if a "*" has to be put in the "user account" field or it has to be left empty.
some domain admins experience seeing the column "from address" to be empty even if they entered the IP.
