Hi Andrew,
For the rbl.baruwa.net (RBL-BRUWA-AUTO) dynamic database, it would be good to give your customers the option (through a dedicated site/portal) to check and remove or whitelist specific false positive IP's that are really legit and urgent (through a weight balance, perhaps using an intelligent mathematical function logic?) but harming a bit the trust on using your dynamic RBL, below is the proof why this could be a nice feature:
you will be able to build a more accurate and good quality dynamic RBL (the accuracy quality will be made and helped by users that use BARUWA Enterprise), something similar to the BAYES autolearning functionality that can be input by the end user.
your customers won't have to disable rbl.baruwa.net due to some urgent false positive or wait until the list is updated automatically or by you manually (asking it every time)
it will make your service even more professional, as this functionality is given by default in the well know to market commercial antispam appliances.
Obviously if rbl.baruwa.net is not planned to evolve in the development side of it, then please ignore this feature request and close it.
