Allow white/black listing of URL's for phishing content highlight #68

Requesting feature to allow tuning of the phishing content highlight. We get many customer service requests asking to be able to tune, or turn off, the content highlighting related to phishing scams and fraud. It is currently on or off globally.

It would be ideal if:

  1. Feature could be turned on/off per domain
  2. Allow to white/black list a domain globally
  3. Allow to white/black list a domain on a per domain or per user basis
