No sc directory #1

README.md references a sc directory with Python scripts, but no sc directory exists in repository.

The sc directory is the source code for generating the log files. I have not documented that part yet, but the other directory is the modeling code which can already be used. I am working on packaging and releasing the sc directory in the next couple of weeks.

DBSeer is now completely re-packaged! Please do a git pull and look at the new documentation! There's also a video demo of DBSeer at http://dbseer.org/video
